If you would like to enrol, you should firstly contact Larkhill Language Centre via email or phone to check availability. Then fill in the online application form or click here to download the application form and return it by email or post with the administration fee.

We will send you confirmation once we have received the application form with the administration fee. The minimum age for enrolment is 16. If you are under 18, you cannot apply online, as the application form should be signed by yourself plus your parent or guardian.


Payment can be made in cash, cheque, bank draft or by bank transfer (in English pound sterling).
Cheques, bank drafts and bank transfers should be made payable to Larkhill Ltd.
If you decide to pay by bank transfer, you are responsible for paying any bank charges. Please contact us for details.
If you choose to pay by cash, please do not post it, but give it directly to a member of staff at Larkhill Language Centre.

A non refundable administration fee of £20 is payable with this application form. Please note that your booking cannot be confirmed until we receive your administration fee and application form. Terms & Conditions

The minimum enrollment age is 16.

Letters of acceptance are sent via e-mail and cannot be issued until we have received the registration fee of £20 and tuition deposit of £200 for our General English Courses (tuition deposit will be deducted from your subsequent payment of tuition fees). All fees for the 3 week Summer Course should be paid in full prior to the beginning of the course.
You will not be allowed to take a class if it has not been paid for.
You may cancel your course at any time, however, we are unable to refund any fees once the course has started. There are no refunds for absences.

All fees are payable in Pounds Sterling and payment can be made as follows:
a) By bank transfer directly to our account. Please note that if you pay by bank transfer, you are responsible for paying all bank charges - this means paying the charges at the sender's and receiver's end. Please email us a copy of the remittance advice. The student’s name must show on the remittance.
b) By cheque made payable to Larkhill Limited.
c) In cash on arrival.

You will need to buy a course book which will cost approx. £25. Please note that the books are not sold at Larkhill Language Centre but we can advise you on where to buy them from. If you are taking an exam course you will need to buy an exam practice book.

If you choose to, you may extend your course (subject to availability). You will only be charged once for the registration fee.

Refunds and Cancellation
1. We strongly recommend that students take out insurance to cover fees and costs in case of cancellation or leaving early.
2. The registration fee is non-refundable and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
3. If you have booked and paid through an agent the refund will be made to the agent.
4. Courses must be paid for in full before the course start date. Payments may be made in monthly instalments at the discretion of the Director.
5. There is no reduction or refund due to sickness, accident, holidays etc. Please refer to the school’s policy on student absence in the Student Manual.
6. There will be no refund of fees once the course has started.

Attendance and Conduct
1. Larkhill Language Centre reserves the right to dismiss any student without refund of tuition fees in the event of misconduct or unsatisfactory attendance or work. The school expects students to adhere to the standards we set.
2. Students will have to pay for any damage they cause on the school premises.
3. Students will only receive a letter of attendance if they have attended a minimum of 80% of their classes.

Larkhill Language Centre does not accept any liability in the case of illness, accident, loss or damage to personal effects or property.

Resolution of Disputes
All complaints will be fully investigated as per our “Complaints Procedure” providing:
1. The complaint was originally registered in writing with the Administration Officer.
2. All invoices relating to the student making the complaint have been settled in full.
3. The complaint is received before the student has returned to their own country.

1. Larkhill Language Centre reserves the right to refuse any application.
2. Larkhill Language Centre reserves the right to decide the best programme and teachers for each student.
3. Larkhill Language Centre reserves the right to cancel or alter a course. If we do so, we will offer either an alternative course or a refund.
4. Larkhill Language Centre reserves the right to change teachers at any time during the course.
5. Larkhill Language Centre reserves the right to alter dates, fees and any particulars in the brochure without prior notice.
6. Please note that we are unable to teach literacy in our classes.
